General conditions
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE PER ESCAPE ROOM
According to fire department regulations, we are allowed a maximum of 6 people to participate in a (single) escape experience. To ensure the safety of our visitors, we make no exceptions.
RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Did you book one time slot? You can reschedule your time slot free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment via the link in your confirmation email.
Did you book two or more time slots and/or do you wish to reschedule your booked escape room(s) within 48 hours before your appointment? Click here
- For changes made up to 48 hours before your appointment(s) we do not charge.
- For changes made between 48 and 24 hours before your appointment, we charge €50.00 per booked time slot.
- For changes made within 24 hours before your appointment, we charge 50% of the total cost per booked time slot.
CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Cancellations can only be made via the “Cancel your appointment” link in your confirmation email.
- For cancellations up to 48 hours before your appointment, we charge €50.00 per cancelled time slot.
- For cancellations within 48 hours before your appointment, the full cost per booked time slot will be charged.
- In case of a no-show, the full cost per booked time slot will be charged.
If a lockdown or other measure throws a spanner in the works, we’ll give you a code that allows you to book later.
PAYMENTS ON LOCATION
Due to security reasons, it is only possible to pay at our self-service bar by PIN or credit card.
AGE
The Laboratory Room and THE DOME are suitable for ages 16 and up. The minimum age for The Girl’s Room is 18. Exceptions can be made for participants as young as 14 (ID may be requested in case of doubt), provided that at least two supervisors aged 18 or older are present in the escape room. Babies and toddlers carried in a sling or baby carrier are under no circumstances allowed to participate.
LANGUAGE
Our escape rooms can be experienced in both English and Dutch.
NUMBER OF PERSONS PER EXPERIENCE
All of our escape experiences can be experienced for 2 to 6 people.
MAXIMUM 18 PERSONS PER HOUR
For groups larger than 18 people, 4 time slots or more are required.
ADMISSION
Please be present with your entire team 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
LOCATION
You can find Mama Bazooka only in Bunschoten at Nijverheidsweg 5.
PARKING
Please inform all team members that they should park their car not in the parking lot of Welkoop parking, but along the public road/street in the industrial area. There is plenty of parking available there. This avoids having to interrupt the escape experience because of a car parked in the wrong place.
BILLING FOR BUSINESSES
We have a set procedure for our invoices. Adding a reference is possible, but we do not support invoice portals or retrospective adjustments.
OTHER RULES
- Entry will be denied to persons under the influence of drink or drugs.
- Cell phones are not allowed in the escape rooms under any circumstances.
- Mama Bazooka is unfortunately not wheelchair friendly, but we would be happy to discuss options with you.
- Escape rooms are suitable for cool pregnant women.
- For heavily pregnant women, we do not recommend our experiences.
- Hearing protection is mandatory for noise-sensitive visitors.
- If you are slightly claustrophobic, no problem!
- If you are visually impaired, make sure you have reading glasses.
- Entering the premises of Mama Bazooka is at your own risk at all times.
