CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT

Change

• You can change your booked escape room(s) free of charge up to 48 hours of your appointment.
• Changes within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged €35 per escape room booked. 

Cancellation

• If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or in the event of a no-show, the full entry fee will be charged.
• For a cancellation up to 48 hours of your appointment, €35 will be charged per escape room booked.
• If a lockdown or other measure throws a spanner in the works, we will give you a code that allows you to book later.

Changes and cancellations will only be handled via e-mail: info@mamabazooka.nl.

ON-SITE PAYMENTS
For security reasons, it is only possible to pay by PIN or credit card at our self-service bar.

FULL EXPERIENCE DEAL
This deal is for a single team (2-6 people) booking two rooms on the same day.

AGE
The Laboratory Room and THE DOME are suitable for 16 years and above. For the Girl’s Room, 18 years is the minimum age. We make exceptions up to a minimum age of 14, provided there are supervisors aged 18 and above in the escape room.

LANGUAGE
Our escape rooms can be experienced in both English and Dutch.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE PER EXPERIENCE
All our escape experiences can be experienced for 2 to 6 people.

MAXIMUM 18 PEOPLE PER HOUR
For groups larger than 18 people, 4 time slots or more are required.
According to fire service regulations, we are allowed a maximum of 6 people to participate in an escape experience. To ensure the safety of our visitors, we do not make any exceptions.

ADDRESS
Please arrive with your entire team 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

LOCATION
You will find Mama Bazooka only in Bunschoten on Nijverheidsweg 5.

PARKING
Please inform all team members not to park their car in the Welkoop car park, but along the public road/street in the industrial area. There is plenty of parking space available there. This will prevent us from having to interrupt the escape experience because of a car parked in the wrong place.

OTHER RULES

• Entry will be refused to persons under the influence of drink or drugs.
• Mobile phones are not allowed in the escape rooms under any circumstances.
• Mama Bazooka is unfortunately not wheelchair-friendly, but we are happy to discuss the possibilities with you.
• The escape rooms are suitable for cool pregnant women.
• For heavily pregnant women, we advise against our experiences.
• Hearing protection is mandatory for noise-sensitive visitors.
• If you are slightly claustrophobic, no problem!
• If you are visually impaired, please provide reading glasses.
